*GTSC STM Nomination wins District Award -UPDATE

We are proud to announce that our club Service To Mankind Award recipient,  

Dr. Sylvia D. Campbell, was selected as the Sertoma Central Florida District 

SERVICE TO MANKIND AWARD recipient, January 21, 2010 at

Dr. Campbell was chosen from a group of eight outstanding volunteers.

 

President MIKE DICKINSON did an excellent job presenting Dr. Campbell at the banquet, though she is in Haiti continuing to provide voluntary medical treatment to the injured in the earthquake. Check here for Dr Campbell's daily diary.

Attending the event tonight were Mike and Mary Beth Dickinson, Jimmy and Laura Schaffer, Larry Bane and G.E. and Bebe Jones.

 

Plans will be made to have Dr. Campbell presented at the Sertoma Regional Convention April 15-17 2010 in Callaway Gardens, GA.

 

If Dr. Campbell is selected as the Regional recipient, then she will be presented at the Sertoma National Convention July 29th - 31st at the Hyatt Regency on the Riverwalk, San Antonio, TX.
